Digit Sum Arrows by Celery
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on an arrow sum to a value of 10 or above (X) whereby X must have its digits summed to form a single-digit value. That value is placed within the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow and/or arrow circle if allowed by other rules.
- For example, an arrow consisting of a 46 pair (which sums to 10) would have a 1 in the attached arrow as 1+0 is 1.
