I don't know if this is an original ruleset - please let me know if you've seen something similar before because it feels like it has some great potential and this was a lot of fun to make!

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits along a thermometer increase from bulb to tip.
Some of the thermometers enter a blue circle ("wormhole"), increase and emerge at a red circle, and continue to increase thereafter. Every thermometer that emerges from a wormhole must have entered elsewhere.
To clarify the rules, red circles must be greater than (not equal to) their associated blue circles.

Does the thermo increase as it goes from blue to red, or is it the same value in both?

A red circle is always greater than its associated blue circle.
You wouldn't believe how long I spent umming and ahhing about the wording of those rules, and I think the "increase and emerge" bit makes that fairly clear, but nothing I wrote seemed to be completely concise and unambiguous! Thank you for pointing it out :)
