Estimated difficulty 2.5-3/5, but it will keep you entertained for a good amount of time :-)
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Adjacent digits along green German Whisper lines must differ by at least 5. Any Set of three sequential cells on an orange Entropic Line must contain one low digit (1-3), one middle digit (4-6) and one high digit (7-9). On green Row Indexer Cells their value V tells you in which row V of the same column the row-number of the Indexer-Cell appears (for example if R2/C3 is a green cell with an 8, then R8/C3 is a 2). Skyscraper clues outside of the grid indicate the count of numbers in the row or column which increase from the previous highest value, including the highest number itself.

I usually stick to GAS type puzzles but I'm glad I tried this one. Was just the right amount of tricky to not be frustrating to me and gave me several very satisfying "aha" moments. :) Thanks for setting!

Enjoyed it! Good combination of rule sets that played together well. Fair deductions throughout; takes some getting used to the rules but smooth from there. Thanks!

Hi! How can I add the picture to the listing? I uploaded it, got the link and wrote this in the listing: <img src="/Dateien/bild.php?data=be8e0eaf-24543-62696c64">
But this line just doens't shop up in the HTML-Code of the Puzzle-site
