This puzzle doesn’t have a link, feel free to skip my puzzle, you won’t miss anything.
Standard Sudoku rules applies. Fill the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 so each digit occurs exactly once in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Every digit inside the grid is a skyscraper, the height of which is defined by the value of the digit.
Clues outside indicate the number of skyscraper roofs which can’t be seen before 9. in other words, number of digits which is blocked by non 9 digits.
If anybody knows me, he would know i have a really bad time setting normal variant. I can’t think of anything not found, used by others. I would end up in a very predictable puzzle, which is exactly this case,
Since i think it easy, i guess it doesn’t mind whether i spoil it or not. Even though the variant can go to a much difficult place, i can’t. this means, once one found the trick i use, it would be a normal skyscraper. It’s up to the solver if he want to use the clues as i intended
In conclusion, it could be an interesting puzzle, but it could also be a normal puzzle. It’s probably the closest i get towards normality. Also, i seems to find posting puzzles a little bit of a toll. I remembered i was going to copy the xy-sum idea and post it here, i finished setting the pu7zzle, but when i open a .doc and type, i can feel that i don’t have the enthusiastic i once had before. I’m not even confidence enough to show Old Miles the idea i got from here. I hope this is just a me problem and will pass quickly.
Solution code: Row 5 and column 5(18 digits)

As I've come to expect, another nice skyscraper variant, interestingly executed. Fun puzzle!
bigger:i would not called it interestingly executed. it's solved interestingly, but it doesn't mean it's set interestingly. it's not even supposed to be a one star level variant. There are things i want to put in it that don't work. it's like i said, way too normal for this variant. in other words, i don't think i show this variant in its full potential. so please don't praise this puzzle for its execution

Well, if this doesn't make Old Miles proud, I don't know what will!
bigger:you do know by saying this, you admit you never solve my other puzzles. also it means you like normal sudoku variants. in this case i suggest you maybe try to solve more skyscraper variant(not just my puzzles) to get a better view of this variant
