Gorgeous puzzle! I spent more time than I care to admit forgetting about the non-consecutive rule, so I was with @rictech in the "How is this 2-stars??" club until I realized my mistake.

Once I found the break-in using the arrow and renban logic it was such a feeling of accomplishment and the rest fell into place quickly. But that break-in really makes you work for it and it's very rewarding.

I really enjoyed that. Some well thought out interactions between renbans and arrow sums across the boxes. Thank you

If you forget the consecutive rule, this becomes a monstrously hard puzzle that you can make decent progress on, while questioning “how on earth is this 2 stars?” Ask me how I know. But after reconciling that, it was a very nice puzzle :) Thanks!
