This puzzle was created during a live stream on YouTube by Memeristor (purpl) and me. It also includes clues suggested by YouTube chat.
Inspiration for this ruleset comes from both Richard Stolk and Lucy Audrin.

Solution code: Columns 8 and 9. I.e. the 9 digits in column 8 from top to bottom, followed by the 9 digits in column 9 from top to bottom, for example: 123456789123456789

Very nice; flows beautifully. I was lost at first until i realized that ? did not mean a restriction to a single digit integer sum

Very interesting idea and a fun puzzle overall! Every major stage wasn't so trivial but they also exploited the ruleset in a neat way :)
