Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along a grey line form a Palindrome (read the same in both ways).
- Grey cells are minimums/maximums. (smaller/bigger than all its orthogonal neighbours)
- The small arrow in row 2 points to the smaller of both cells.
