Tight Spaces (Between Line Fillomino)

Fillomino: Divide the grid into colored regions such that no two equally sized region shares an edge. Place the region size in each cell within those regions.
Between Line: Digits on lines must be numerically between the digits in the attached circles.
Playable with Penpa+ or CTC (SudokuPad).
Solution code: Column 3 of the final grid.

The "aha" moment for me in this puzzle is among my favorite "aha" moments of all time... although I have to admit that I was feeling rather silly being stuck so long on a 2-star puzzle!
