- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Quads: Digits in a circle must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.
- Region Sum Lines: Digits on a blue line must have an equal sum within each region is passes through.
- If lines intersect in a region, they are treated as one line. (r4c5+r5c4+r5c6+r6c5 = X)
- If more than one line enters a region but do not intersect, they are treated as different lines. (r2c4+r3c4 = X, r2c6+r3c6 = X)

Absolutely loved this! The way the quads came into play was a fun surprise, and bouncing those last major deductions around was a joy.
It's got a few tricky bits but I wouldn't be surprised if this gets rated down to 3*.

Thanks for the solve and the kind words.
I couldn't decide between 3 and 4 for difficulty. This could go either way depending on how comfortable the solver is with quad and/or RS lines.
