With this series, I will not be choosing the two constraints myself, but instead they will be selected at random. The intention here is to force me to come up with something that, not only utilizes both constraints, but requires they be used in tandem for the solve.
Standard sudoku rules apply.
Standard quadruples rules apply. Numbers in the small white circles must appear in at least one of the four cells touching that circle. They can repeat in the surrounding four cells if permitted by normal sudoku rules.
Standard palindromes rules apply. Digits along the lines must read the same from either end. Digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
There are four palindrome lines around the center. I have highlighted them with a different color to help distinguish which is which.
