Kropki Fog

Kropki Fog by Celery

Rules:

  • Normal sudoku rules apply.
  • The grid is covered in fog. Place correct digits in the grid to remove sections of the fog and reveal new clues within the grid (no guessing is required!).
  • Along a red line, every 3 consecutive cells must contain a pair of digits in a 1:2 relationship and a pair of digits in a consecutive relationship, with the central digit filling both criteria. The digits 1 and 2 can fulfil either criteria when paired.

Lovely puzzle, I especially liked the opening move... it really seemed at first that there must be more than one valid configuration

Nice one, particularly like certain deductions related to the long line(s) :)

Loved the ruleset once the ol' brain wrapped around how it worked

Very nice! It took me a little bit to fully realize how the lines work and what their ramifications are, once I got that down it was a rather quick smooth solve.

I'd love to see a harder version of this in the future!
