To the setter:
This is a bread-and-butter puzzle; a bit harder than GAS. At this difficulty rating, it is impossible to build in "spectacular" logic. Therefore, the quality rating is unreasonably low. Basically, the puzzle is as good as any puzzle of this difficulty level can be.

I tried this puzzle 3 times yesterday, getting so stuck in box 5 each time in the same way. Each time I would decided to start over from scratch, telling myself that I would question all my assumptions again... only to get stuck again. I decided to leave it for the night and try again the next day to see if anyone else has solved it yet.
As it turns out, I (somehow) forgot that there are 3 ways to sum sudoku numbers to 13, not 2 like my brain was telling me yesterday. Now that I solved it, I would say it's a fairly easy puzzle (if you keep in mind The Secret, that Simon loves to share so much). It also helps if you don't forget your basic arithmetic.

In fact, the solution code is empty... that's why they can be submitted, just click "submit" and hope to fix it as soon as possible, otherwise there will be cheaters.

When I first commented, there were "3 solvers" despite the correct solution not working. Since then, there have been two more.
Would one of the record solvers care to comment and explain how they managed to supply an solution that clearly isn't column 1?
