This puzzle is inspired by the exceptional “Irregular Whirlpool” set by jojo81. When Simon solved “Irregular Whirlpool” on the CTC channel, he made the observation “the need for SET theory was quite well signalled, because there are just not enough clues available to sink your teeth into."

While this puzzle uses the same irregular grid layout (with permission from jojo81), it has two fewer arrows and four fewer cages (ie: none).

Now there really is nothing to sink your teeth into. Or is there……?
