With huge thanks to chameleon for the software, I bring to you a revolution in sudoku.
Yes, that is a pun.
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.Digits on an arrow sum to the value in the attached circle. Digits in a cage may not repeat and sum to the total given.
Purple dots are pivot points for constraint clues, which rotate clockwise around their pivot point through N steps of 90 degrees, where N is the value on the pivot.
Rotated clues may overlap but must not extend outside the grid.

PuzzleTV interface note: You can use the rotation buttons below the number pad to rotate currently highlighted pivots, and the software will automatically orient the pivot when a digit is placed on it. I don't recommend it, but, if you really want to solve this in other software you can do that here, just be aware that the clues won't rotate!
