Normal Sudoku Rules apply. Every row, column and marked region in the puzzle must contain the digits 1-9 at least once.
Additional Rules:
German Whispers: Digits on the green line must differ by at least 5 from their neighbour.
Kropki: White dots connect consecutive cells, black dots connect cells in a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
Killer: Digits in cages sum to the number in the corner of the cage (if given) and can't repeat within a cage.
Thermo: Digits on thermos rise from the bulb end.
XV: Digits connected with an X sum to ten.

It would help if I looked at the cage total for disambiguation instead of trying to find a convoluted answer for that. This is a fun puzzle. Thank you for sharing! Great setting and great puzzle.
