Chequered Arromino #1

This puzzle is a variant of chequered fillomino and is a preparation for a larger puzzle of this kind to come.
Here are the rules:
- Normal Fillomino rules apply.
- After the Fillomino regions are placed, it must be possible to shade some of the regions such that any two regions touching on an edge have different coloring.
- One or more arrows in a cell indicate that the number in the cell equals the number of cells of the same shading in all of the directions combined.
