JOKER - Buchstabenrätsel / Letter Puzzle

Preface (attention, different from most of my other puzzles!): Adjacent letters of the complete alphabet are neither in the same row nor in the same column.
1. In every row and in every column is one letter of JOKER.
2. In every row and in every column is one letter of CHAOS.
3. In one row is the word BUS (from left to right, without interruption).
4. In one column is the word ZUG (from top to bottom, without interruption).
5. In the corner fields are 4 letters of TRICK.
6. The letter in field c1 comes (in the complete alphabet) directly before the letter in field d2.
7. The letter which comes (in the complete alphabet) directly after the letter in field c3 is not in the solution.
8. The D is in column 5.
9. Only one of the three following statements is true: F is in c4. L is in b2. V is in b4.
10. Only two of the three following statements are true: The field with D touches the field with K. The field with J doesn't touch the field with V. Y is in column 1.
11. Only two of the three following statements are true: R is in column 3. A is in column 4. In c5 is a letter of CHAOS.
12. Only two of the three following statements are true: Q is in row d. X is not in the solution. F is not in row a.

Rules clarification: For clue #10, "touching" means sharing an edge or corner.
