Palindrome: Cells on grey lines must read the same from both directions.
Arrow: A circled cell is the sum of the cells on its protruding arrow.
Little Killer: Numbers outside the grid equal the sum of cells in the indicated direction.

Thats fair, I may have underestimated the difficulty in some aspects. It can be tough to take the solvers perspective when you know the puzzle already:)
