This is my first published puzzle since Dutch Diamond was shown on the CTC channel. This is a little more tricky than that but should be perfectly logical. Feedback, as always, is appreciated :)
Rules.
Classic sudoku rules apply.
Themo values strictly rise from the bulb end.
The blue lines are 'equal end of line sums'. Each small number at start/end of line means that the number of cells starting at that end of the line sum to the same total as the number of cells indicated at the opposite end of the line. Eg. on a line of 2,1,6,8,4,5 small indicated values of '3' at start and '2' at end works (as 2+1+6 equals 4+5)
Digits may repeat on blue lines if allowed by other rules.
Example 'equal end of line sums' are given here

NB! If you see hints of any killer cages please ignore - I needed them to be able to place the small digits so they would stay visible when digits are entered in those cells.
Happy solving
Solution code: Row 4 (R4) followed by Column 1 (C1), 18 digits and no spaces

I had to restart a couple times, but right as I started to get discouraged, I made the decision to do some minor bifurcation just as a last resort, but that seemingly failed until I decided to just go slowly and let the logic guide me to my first 3 star puzzle solve. Very beautiful and direct logic!

Fun puzzle. Thanks, @ Bonehead :)
REPLY: thanks @Bankey. I like the end of sum lines, they have a lot of potential. I would prefer to think of a better way to present them without small digits but not come up with anything better yet
