(Published on 22. April 2023, 15:00 by Sumanta(ANU))
This puzzle has a unique solution and solvable logically. Difficulty may vary.
===Rules for this puzzle:===
Rule 1: Normal Sudoku rules do not apply.
Rule 2: Place the digits 1-9 in each row, each column, and each 3*3 box in a way that each row, each column, and each 3*3 box contain 7 normal digits and a repeated digit (Occurring two times)
Rule 3: Consequently, there will be a missing digit from each row, each column, and each box. The missing digit in some of the respective rows and columns are given as clues outside the grid. Other missing digits (from rows, columns, or boxes) need to be found out by the solver.
Rule 4: ALL the non-repeating digits, ie, digits that don’t have repeated counterpart, are given in the grid. (Blue digits). Note the negative constraint.
Rest is normal :), Happy Solving !!

The solve is not too hard, but you must be careful. And of course the ruleset is quite different! Thanks.
