Normal sudoku rules apply.
Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected and no 2x2 area is fully shaded or unshaded.
Clues outside the grid indicate how many transitions between shaded and unshaded regions occur in that row or column.
Digits in caged cells (plus or minus a modifier, if given) indicate how many cells of the same color (shaded or unshaded) are seen orthogonally from that position, including itself. The "other" color blocks vision. For example, a "+2" cage containing the digit 3 sees 5 cells.

The easiest so far. But as much fun as all these YYSL puzzles. Thx.
