Digits on Thermos rise from the bulb end.
Digits on the green Whisper line must differ by at least 5
Digits surrounding the orange dot must contain at least one digit of every entropy set(123, 456, 789).

Very nice interplay, found it easier to switch from high/low colouring, to entropic colouring toward the final stretch.

I’m with @TomMaulfe—the sudoku is what really tripped me up.
Really fun setting, though, thanks! Normally I struggle with puzzles that use entropic things and German whispers, but I found this was about the right challenge level for me. Some really clever interactions between the two.

@TomMalufe Yeah, I always find this the funniest thing in Variant Sudoku - when the setter makes you actually do Sudoku! ^^

The funny thing about this puzzle is that it was the Sudoku at the end, after all the "variant rules" had been used up, that was the hardest part for me. I think I need to brush up on my classic sudoku tricks.

Does this puzzle have multiple solutions? It seems I solved it correctly, but it doesn't accept the solution code. Strange.
