Normal Sudoku rules apply
Digits in quad circles must appear in the adjacent cells.
Green Lines are both German Whispers AND palindromes.
For German Whispers each consecutive digit must differ by a value of at least 5. For palindromes the lines must read the same in both directions.
The white dot must contain consecutive digits in the two cells it touches.

Great, fun puzzle. It took me a little bit to spot the break-in but once I did it all flowed very smoothly. I really liked the way the constraints worked together.

Nice puzzle, but it looks like the puzzle has more than one solution. In the final steps it seems R1C7, R1C8 and R7C6, R7C7 may switch, leading to an ambiguous solution. Have i missed something, or should another constraint be added?

This was lovely. I got a little overly focused on the palindrome of it all and forgot to do the whispers lines, but once I got my head straightened out, it flowed very nicely. Thanks for a wonderful puzzle!

Fun, quick puzzle. For most of the way through, I was pretty sure it was possible to solve without using the palindrome constraint, but it seems to be necessary for some disambiguation right at the very end.
