The Rules:
- Numbers along a "Between Line" must have a value between the values of the numbers on the on its circles, not inclusive.
- Black Kropki Dots indicate a 1:2 ratio between the digits. Not all Black Kropki Dots are given.
- White Kropki Dots indicate the two cells are consecutive. Not all White Kopki Dots are given.

Lovely ruleset. Looks easier at first than it actually is.
Got the dots fairly quickly and actually took some time to resolve the between lines.
