Dutch Sum Tulip

This is the fourth puzzle in a series exploring lines that act as both Dutch Whispers and region sum lines. Difficulty is likely somewhere between two and three stars, though I had more people give it two stars in the CTC Discord, so that's what I'm listing it as to start with. Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
All lines act as both Dutch Whispers lines and region sum lines.
Consecutive digits along Dutch Whispers lines must differ by at least 4.
Digits along a region sum line must add to the same total in each region the line enters. If a line enters a region multiple times, each instance is calculated separately.
Solution code: Row 2 followed by row 7 (18 digits no spaces)

Edited rules to clarify region sum calculation for lines that enter a region multiple times.

It can be deduced that the line total must apply to EACH SECTION of a line in a region. Therefore, the rules AS WRITTEN are incorrect.

Thanks for letting me know! I have updated the rules to clarify that each instance of a line entering a region is calculated separately.
