We Don't Need No Stinkin Boxes
(Published on 20. April 2023, 05:00 by Will Power)
Fill each row and column with the numbers 1-9, once each (There are no 3x3 boxes in this puzzle). The numbers in EACH OUTLINED AREA sum to 25. Red areas have the same set of numbers in them. Blue areas have the same set of numbers in them. Gray areas have the same set of numbers in them. White areas have no restrictions, except the sum. Numbers may repeat in outlined areas, if other rules allow. Seven of the nine 5's in the puzzle are in consecutive locations on one of the two major diagonals. Numbers with black dots between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Numbers with white dots between them are consecutive. Numbers with a V between them sum to 5. No negative constraint on dots or V's. BEWARE: THE CONFLICT CHECKER DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY IN EITHER F-PUZZLES OR CTC FOR THIS KIND OF PUZZLE. PLEASE DO NOT RATE POORLY DUE TO SYSTEM LIMITATIONS. I hope you enjoy without conflict checker assistance on this one. THANK YOU.

That was fun, and very interesting logic. Not too hard, and flowed well from beginning to end.

It took me some time to get going. But after that it wasn't hard for me. Thanks. I always enjoy your puzzles.

This puzzle is over-determined: the rule on 5s isn't needed.

Not too tricky, just requires some math. And the CTC conflict checker worked fine for me on mobile!
