Place the digits 1-9 once into each row, column, and orthogonally connected region. The regions must be determined. A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits in the indicated row or column, from the edge of the grid up to the first region boundary.
A white dot between two cells indicates that either their digits are consecutive, or they are in different regions, but not both. A black dot between two cells indicates that either their digits are in a ratio of 1:2, or they are in different regions, but not both.
Finally: this is a choose-your-own-adventure puzzle! The 'X' clue above column 5 may be one of two values. If you truly enjoy chaos, set the value of X to 21. If you prefer things nice and orderly, set the value of X to 23.
