This is my first Sudoku work, please point out if there is any problem.
Rules:
1.Normal sudoku rules apply.
2.Black dots connect two values that are in a 1:2 ratio. The dots with 3 connect two values that are in a 1:3 ratio. All dots are given.
3.The number in the circle is equal to the sum of the numbers that appear on the arrow.
