Little Killer Parity Chaos

Rules:

Place the digits 1-9 in every single row, column and region. Regions are orthogonally connected and have to be determined. Thick lines between two cells are given borders between two different regions.

Little Killer rules: A clue outside the grid shows the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal (if it is given). Digits can repeat along this diagonal if allowed by the other rules.

Extra Little Killer rule: If diagonally adjacent cells are of different parity (odd and even), they are in different regions. If they are of the same parity (both odd or both even), they are in the same region.
