Normal Sudoku rules apply. DUTCH WHISPERS- Numbers on the blue line are at least 4 apart from their neighbors on the line. Numbers repeat on the blue line. The number 5 does not appear on the blue line. Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Numbers cannot repeat in cages. Numbers with white dots between them are consecutive. Not all possible white dots are shown. Hints for Star Wars (original movie) fans (Not required for the solve): The blue circle is the only number found in the name of Luke's droid that is located on his fighter. The gray rectangle is Luke's cockpit, and contains the number in Luke's call sign during the final Star Wars Battle ("RED _"). The red rectangles have no effect on the puzzle.

The Dutch whispers did less work than I thought they might, but I liked how they kicked in right at the end to avoid a dual-solution! :)

Not sure why it needed to be a dutch whispers restraint if five couldn't be on the line. Was it a Star Wars thing or something I didn't catch onto that it couldn't be a German whispers line since it had the oscillation
@dlandrum17 You will notice that the German Whispers requirement would not be met in 5 places on the line because there is a difference of 4. Peace to you. -Will Power
