Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in cages are bases with the value N (given in the corner). Move each base N steps in any direction, strictly horizontally or vertically, then place N in that cell. The line connecting the base to the new cell is either a german whisper or a region sum line, to be determined by the solver.

German Whispers - adjacent digits must differ by at least 3.
Region Sum Lines - the sum of the digits on the line must be the same for each box it goes through.

Lines may not cross or overlap. All cells that do not lie on a line must be orthogonally connected. Cells with a base can contain any digit. Along the marked diagonal, digits cannot repeat.
