Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits sum to the total in the corner. Digits connected by a black dot are in the ration 3:1. Digits connected by a white dot have a difference of 3. Not all dots are given.
In Column 3, the digit in each cell represents which column the 3 is in for that row. For example, if r2c3 is a 4, then r2c4 is a 3. In Row 3, the digit in each cell represents which row the 3 is in for that column.
