Arrow Spine Indexing

(Published on 20. March 2023, 11:58 by Die Hard)

A challenge for those that enjoy both indexing and arrow Sudoko puzzles.

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits on arrows (including the sum) are also used to position the digit's column in its row. For example, if R3C1 was a 6, then 1 must be positioned in R3C6.
