Differences
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules (1-9 in each column, row and box).
- Cages show the sum of all included digits in the top left corner.
- Each line implicates a palindrome (forward same as backward).
- Vertical adjacent cells must differ at least 3, but never more then 6.
- Horizontal adjacent cells have a maximal difference of 2.
- The only exceptions to the last two rules are divided by a circle, the difference within.

Not too difficult. I'd say it's somewhere around 2 stars. Fun nontheless. :)

Hm. There seems to be a glitch. My solution code was accepted, but my solution does not fulfill all your requirements. r34c3 and r67c1 in my grid don't work the right way. What did I do wrong?
re: hard to say...
r34c3 should be mirrored on the palindrome r5c5 and r6c6.
And r6c1 should also be restricted.
can you send me your 4 digits in these cells? Which of my rules do you break? Vertically adjacent difference?

For me less than 5 stars dificulty.
re: It surprised me, how fast u got it. It took me more than an hour to test-solve it in the end, even though I knew the path to solve it.
It took me forever to proof just one option for the first digit. From there on it's rather easy, I agree.
