I wanted to play around with a different ruleset then my last few puzzles, so I ended up with a combination of Kropki and Min/Max (hence Komma). This puzzle shouldn't be too difficult, I hope you enjoy it! :-)
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Kropki dots: Cells separated by a black dot contain digits with a ratio of 1:2. Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Not all possible digits are given.
Min/Max: Cells with arrows pointing inward (min.) must contain digts less than all orthogonal cells. Cells with arrows pointing outward (max.) must contain digts greater than all orthogonally connected cells.
The puzzle:
Solution code: row 9 column 3 (18 digits)
