A Sudoku with common variants, that is supposed to be simple, fun and approachable. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and thick-outlined box.
Digits cannot repeat in cages, and must sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the arrow's bulb. Digits may repeat along an arrow, if allowed by other rules.
Solution code: Row 4 and Column 1.

This stumped me for ages, but I persevered as I suspected there was a great puzzle in there, and I wasn’t wrong! Awesome puzzle!

Really cool setting. Just took me a short time to figure out where the initial 7,8 and 9s went, then I was off.
