Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-10 in each row, column, and box. Each digit from 1-9 is replaced exactly once each with the value 10.
Digits in cages sum to the total in the corner. Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle. Digits on a purple renban line form a consecutive sequence, not necessarily in order.
Cells connected by a black dot are in the ratio 2:1. Cells connected by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
Solution code: Row 5 and Row 6 (for 10 values, use the digit it replaced)

Probably the rules should also contain that the numbers that are being replaced with 10 are one per row, column and box
