Normal sudoku rules apply.
Region sum lines: Digits along a blue line sum to the same value in each box it passes through. Different lines may have different sums. To clarify: r4c5, r5c4, r5c5, r5c6 and r6c5 are part of the same sum.
Kropki pairs: Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
