The Rules:
- Black Kropki Dots : Indicate a 1:2 ratio between the digits. Not all Kropki Dots are given.
- Digits in the Circles must have a value between the digits on both ends of the row. All Circles are given
- Digits in the Green Shaded cells must have a value between the digits on both ends of the column. All Green Shaded Cells are given.
