There are nine doublers in the grid that form a set of the digits 1-9.
Each row, column and box contains exactly one doubler.
Doublers count for twice their original value for purpose of the arrows. (or dot, possibly)
Values on arrows sum to the value in the circle
Values on either side of a white dot are consecutive
