In collaboration with CTC Discord user TopAutism, a second puzzle using the broken arrow ruleset I created for Missing Arrowheads.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Broken arrows: The big circles in the grid are arrow circles. Every circle is adjacent (including diagonally) to at least one cage. From each circle, draw an arrow in a straight line in the opposite direction of the adjoining cage, of a length equal to the digit in the cage (putting the cage "behind" the arrow). For circles adjacent to more than one cage, do this for each of the cages. The digits along the arrow sum to the digit in the arrow circle.
Quadruples: Digits in a small circle must all appear at least once each in the four cells immediately surrounding it.

Sven's Web App (CtC) (Recommended; with pen tool enabled you can draw in the arrows)
Solution code: Row 1 and column 9 (18 digits, no spaces)
