Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
The digit in the grey circle is odd
Outside clues (Variant) - in each set of digits, exactly one digit is found in the corresponding row or column in the second 3x3 box from the clue. All other digits in the set will be found within the first three cells in the row or column from the clue.
For example, a '12' clue above column 1 would mean that '1' is found in r123c1 and '2' is found in r456c1, or vice versa.

It felt like a ruleset you would find in GAS, but a little bit tougher. It was a really nice puzzle to solve.

This was very nice puzzle with tons of clues, so it never made you feel hopeless. In fact it flowed rather nicely and I might rate it 2/5 in difficulty.
