Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Cells separated by a knights move in chess cannot contain the same digits.

Cells separated by a black dot must have a 2:1 ratio.

The digit in the 1 position of a box indexes the 1's location in that box.
The digit in the 5 position of a box indexes the 5's location in that box.
The digit in the 9 position of a box indexes the 9's location in that box.

The positions within a box being:

1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
