You Switched Off Your Targeting Computer, What's Wrong?

PUZZLE:
RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
•
Killer: Digits within a Killer cage must sum to the number given in the top-left corner. Digits
must not repeat within a Killer cage.
•
Look-and-Say: The number given in the top-left corner of a Look-and-Say cage indicates the number and type of digits within that cage (e.g. if a Look-and-Say cage reads as "12" then there is one 2-digit within that cage; a "32" would indicate three 2-digits within that cage). Digits
may repeat if allowed by other rules.
•
Odd/Even: Digits in Circle cells are Odd; digits in Square cells are Even.
•
Palindrome (grey): Digits along a Palindrome line must read the same frontwards or backwards.
MODIFIER:
•
Cage Ambiguity: The nature of each cage must be determined by the solver (if relevant).
•
Line Ambiguity: The start and end of the singular middle Palindrome line must be determined by the solver (if relevant).
INTRODUCTION:
This is a sort of follow-up to "
Stay On Target" and "
...Stay on Target!", although this puzzle specifically does not utilize the Mobius modifier (that is, the digit 1 will only count as 1). For anyone who hasn't tried a Look-and-Say puzzle, I highly encourage you to give it a go. A good puzzle always has a little something to hide, right?
Have fun!

Note: It is recommended you turn off the conflict checker during your solve (having a solution inputted provided unintentional spoilers during testing).

Solution code: The digits along Row 5, read left-to-right, then along Column 5, top-to-bottom.
