This is the seventh in my "Power of the Knights" series.
The entire series can be found here
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Cells separated by black dots have values in a 2:1 ratio. All black dots are given (negative constraint).
Cells joined by V must sum to 5. Not all Vs are given.
Each set of cells along a little killer clue represent a "knight". Each "knight" has a rank of 2,3,4,5, 6, 7 or 8. Unlike other puzzles in the series, the rank of the knight is not to be determined by the solver. This is just maintained for the sake of the puzzle series. The sum of all cells along a little killer must add up to the rank of the knight squared. E.G. The knight with the rank of 5 will have all connected cells summing to the value of 5^2 or 25.

Great addition to the series, thanks! I don't think the 49 LK clue is necessary.
