Skyscraper Slingshot Sudoku #2

Can slingshot arrows shoot digits outside of the grid? Yes, yes they can. 😄
Rules:
1) Normal Sudoku rules apply. Every row, column, and box must contain the digits 1-9 with no repeats.
2) Standard skyscraper rules apply.
Imagine the digits in the grid as skyscrapers with heights corresponding to their values. Numbers outside the grid show how many digits that can be seen in the corresponding row/column. Taller buildings hide shorter buildings.
None of the actual numbers are given. They must be deduced by the solver.
3) Standard slingshot rules apply. If a cell contains an arrow, the digit in the cell that the arrow comes from must appear N steps away, in the direction of the arrow. N is the digit in the arrow cell.

Backlog can take a backseat, I couldn't postpone this one any longer haha -- so much fun, and I can't decide which of the two Slingshot Skyscraper is the most impressive construction in its purity, I'm floored! :O

Thanks to everyone for the great feedback! It seems unfortunately that answer check sometimes doesn't work in sudokupad. I assume it is a bug coming from that the puzzle is converted from penpa, and a few tweaks had to be done in order to be able to write outside the grid. Sorry about this!
