One-Man Band (H+C Region Sum)

Region sum lines: for each line, values on the line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through. White Dots separate values that are consecutive (not all dots are given).
Every row, column and 3x3 box has exactly one hot cell (with a value equal to its digit plus one), and exactly one cold cell (with a value equal to its digit minus one). Every digit 1-9 is in exactly one hot cell and exactly one cold cell.

Can hot cells and cold cells overlap?
Bren: I specifically worded the rules to allow it, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything XD
I also put a white dot in that is unnecessary
