Until Ten (10-lines, parity mirror)

(Published on 20. February 2023, 15:28 by the_cogito)

I had fun with this, I hope you enjoy it.

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Lines are 10-lines, and must be split into non-overlapping groups of contiguous digits, each summing to 10.
- The odd/even parity of every cell is reflected across the indicated diagonal (eg r4c2 and r2c4 must have the same parity)

These ten lines are so confusing. Man, I restarted the grid twice, still I had two close calls where I thought I lost it again.

Really interesting combination of rules. The logic used to get the first digit in Box 3 is fantastic.

Great puzzle! It's amazing how much work you can do with the parity mirror and how the parity interacts with the 10 lines

Rules clarification please :) What do you mean by 'parity'? (I ask because I've seen it used in different ways: high/low, odd/even, etc.)

-----

Good point! I mean odd/even parity :)
