Connect the circles with lines, such that every circle can be reached from every other circle through lines. Lines can only be vertical or horizontal and cannot go over other lines or circles. Between two circles, there can be at most two lines. Numbers in circles indicate the number of outgoing lines from that circle.
Solution code: For every circle in the given rows the number of vertically outgoing lines.
