Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.
Some cells in the grid are super doublers. There is one super doubler in every box, row and column. The digits from 1 to 9 each appear once in a cell that is a super doubler.
The super doublers double the values of digits for the purposes of arrows and circles. A super doubler will double the value of the digit in its cell and in all cells next to it, including cells that are next to it diagonally.
A digit affected by multiple super doublers gets doubled multiple times.
